Note: We are experiencing issues with our current app platform host. The current app MUST be downloaded via our download link to connect to us. If the download link does not connect you to us, or orders submitted are not getting fulfilled (meaning we’re not seeing them on our end) please use the web/off-platform version or our merch and appointments site to book services. Original/Current App:

The original Red’s Delivery Services app was hosted on, and powered by, the dumpling platform. Due to recent changes with the dumpling platform, we have been experiencing issues and are working on building our very own platform. New App/Platform:

In preparation for launch of the new app, we are putting together a ‘New App FAQs‘ section in the FAQs page under App FAQs. The new app is actually a platform that will eventually be nation wide allowing multiple services and business types on it. The app, as of now, is simply being called “Reds” and Red’s Delivery & Concierge Services and our various brands will be of the many listings on the app. 

In our new app being constructed, you will be able to order directly through merchants for delivery or self pickup, request ride services, and request our additional services. Merchants and services will only appear as they’re ready; partnered merchants control when they appear in the app and in what regions, non-partner merchants will appear as we build them out. Menus for some merchants may be incomplete when they appear in the app. This is mainly to get the merchant showing as soon as possible, but incomplete menus could also be due to merchants running special offers in-store or in their branded apps and therefore won’t be available in our app menus. Not all items will have images; images are being added to menus as the app is built out and database added to.

Our additional services (Tasks & Errands) are split between two separate listings (RDCS 1 and RDCS 2) in the app due to platform restrictions and how the services are charged. Each individual Red’s Concierge listing is labeled to make it easier to determine which listing has the service you’re looking for. Ride services (Rideshare Red) also it’s own listings; separate regular hours and after hours listings. 

The app will have all the same functions, and more, as our hosted app. Is it currently under construction but almost ready for launch. To speed up launching, we’re offering discounts on our services to help us fill our database; you may also help us speed up development by donating to the database creation (all donations go to the Personal Concierges that are going store to store taking photos of items and collecting prices to upload to the database and each stores item list). To help build our database and qualify for a discount, send the following to

  • Image of product(s) (preferably on all white background)
  • Name of product
  • Current price of product 
  • Store product (image and current price) is/was located in

To qualify for a discount, you must submit a minimum of ten (10) items per store. The more items you submit, the higher the discount you will receive.
